Activage Fitness - SMOOTH GROOVE - Movements which can be accomplished from Standing: Assisted Standing or Seated positions. Easy Cardio/Strength & Balance exercises with low-to mid-impact. Strength will be done standing and lying on the floor. All equipment including bands & balls are provided. Bring your own light hand weights (optional) & floor or yoga mats if possible. You'll raise your heart-rate and work up a sweat!
Lindsay Kokich is certified and holds a degree in Personal Training from Bellevue College. She has experience as a personal trainer, group class and yoga instructor. She lives in Maple Valley her husband Obie, and they have a seven year old boy and a four year old girl. Lindsay has most recently been training people one on one in their homes. She enjoys running, swimming, hiking, drinking coffee and spending time with her family and friends. She looks forward to meeting and training with many new faces through her Parks & Recreation classes.
