55+ Timeless Fitness - Exercise truly is the fountain of youth. Movement and strength keep our bodies healthy and looking and feeling younger. Timeless Fitness is a class which focuses on movement that can be accomplished standing or in a seated position. The class incorporates low to mid impact cardio, strength and balance exercises for a total body routine.
The structure of the class includes: a warm up, three routines - each will be done three times, strength, abdominal work, and end with stretching. Weights (1lb. & 2 lb.) can be used for the strength portion and are provided. Please bring a yoga mat for the abdominal and stretching portion.
Lindsay Kokich is certified and holds a degree in Personal Training from Bellevue College. She has experience as a personal trainer, group class and yoga instructor. She lives in Maple Valley her husband Obie, and they have a seven year old boy and a four year old girl. Lindsay has most recently been training people one on one in their homes. She enjoys running, swimming, hiking, drinking coffee and spending time with her family and friends.
