This three-member Commission will meet one or possibly two times between April 1 and May 31, 2018 at Maple Valley City Hall to review the Councilmember compensation and file a salary schedule with the City Clerk.  Salary Commissioners will serve up to a one-year term or until a salary schedule is filed with the City Clerk (whichever comes first).

Commissioners are volunteers (unpaid) and must reside with the City of Maple Valley city limits.

SALARY COMMISSION

The City of Maple Valley is seeking individuals to serve on a newly formed Salary Commission.  The Commission’s duties include reviewing the salaries of the City’s elected officials and preparing a salary schedule for the City Attorney’s review prior to being filed with the City Clerk’s Office.
