On January 19, 2018, the Department of Public Works and Community Development Services received the above-referenced application for land-use review and approval of a proposal to subdivide a 8.28 acre site into nine lots for construction of single-family residences.
This application is being administered as a Process 2, which is administratively approved based on public comment and the findings of the review. The application includes a title report, water and sewer availability certificates.
