The proposal is located at 23050 SE Lake Wilderness Dr. S., Maple Valley, WA 98038
Lead agency is the City of Maple Valley, Public Works and Community Development.
The lead agency has determined that this proposal does not have probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030 (2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request.
The DNS will be issued after using the Optional DNS process in WAC 197-11-355. This may be your only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project.
